Makara:

Saturn is the Lagna lord of Makara Lagna. Saturn’s Sasa effect can be seen when Saturn is in Lagna, and in exaltation in the
10^th house. 

Saturn’s own houses are Makara and Kumbha, and of these, Makara is Chara Lagna.

There is a general rule that, compared to the other 2, Chara Rasis are very strong and the planets in Chara Rasi are powerful.

Accordingly, the sole powerful Saturn in Makara is not a good one.

In any condition, without Sukshuma strength, if Saturn is powerful that will not give good benefits. 

Lagna Saturn if not getting benefic planets connection, will give short height to the native.

This Saturn will make the native fully different from others, the native will contradict everything, be satirical, and be highly sceptical, adamant, and arrogant.

For Makara Lagna, Saturn in Lagna, without any benefic connection or Sukshuma effect, during its Dasa period cannot give good benefits.

We should not hope that Saturn will be beneficial like other benefic planets in Lagna.

Benefic planets Karakathvas are different from malefic planets Karakathvas.

Saturn can give good benefits only if it gets connected with benefic planets.

Lagna Saturn will aspect the 3^rd, 7^th, and 10^th houses.

As the Lagna lord, if Saturn is with benefic connection, then its aspect will be much favour to these houses.

If Saturn does not have a benefic connection or Sukshuma strength, then its aspect will be malicious to these houses even if it is the Lagna lord.

This Saturn aspects the 3^rd house, and if Jupiter is well placed, the native will have strong perseverance.

He will have good writing skills.

He can manage any situation.

He will benefit from his siblings.

Saturn’s 7^th aspect will delay his marriage.

Unmatched spouses, inter-caste or inter-religious marriage, and polygamy are the effects of Saturn’s 7^th aspect.

His family life is based on Moon’s position. 

The same effects for the 10^th house also.

The 10^th lord Venus is a friendly planet to Saturn.

Saturn in Lagna aspects the house where it gets exalted. Accordingly, there are some good benefits to this aspect.

The native’s job or profession will be a mixture of Saturn’s Karakathva and Venus’ Karakathva.

Here Venus’s strength is vital for his professional development.

Libra is a movable sign that is very active. Venus pertains to women and arts and culture.

Saturn is related to steel, iron, and low-grade works.

Native’s job will be the blend of these two.

Further, the Danakaraka is placed in the 12^th house of Dana Sthana, which is in Lagna, and seeing the 10^th house means the native’s income is through speech.

As the next one, Saturn’s Sasa Yoga effect is there when Saturn gets exaltation in the 10^th house.

‘Lagna lord is exalted in the 10^th house’ applies only to the malefic planets Mars and Saturn.

If the Lagna lord is a malefic one, it is not good to get the Sthana Bala by being in ruling or exaltation.

When malefic planets are strengthened directly without any beneficial connection, then the effects will be very malicious.

The exalted Saturn if without any benefic connection or not in Sukshuma strength, will not give good benefits in its Dasa period.

For Makara Lagna people, the sole exalted Saturn during its Dasa period gives more physical hard work or iron-related work or Saturn Karakathva-related ordinary work.  

Seeing the Lagna lord in the 10^th house in exaltation should not be misconstrued that during its Dasa period, the native gets all life comforts including a luxurious bungalow and vehicle, etc., and the native will be as equal to Lord Kuber. 

Saturn without Sukshuma strength will make the native an ordinary low-level employee.

The work will be like a peon, attender, mechanic, clearing drainage block, and a job in the sewage and drainage department.

For some, the comfortable job in Jupiter Dasa will not continue in Saturn Dasa.

I can show the examples of Makara Lagna people, during the
10^th house Saturn Dasa period doing the self-employment of waste and scrap collection from door to door.

It can be further elaborated as exalted Saturn might even make the native handicap.

Saturn will make him immobile. Soon after Saturn Dasa starts, the native will have disturbance in his job or profession.

Some will get postings in the local body. The local body consists of cleaning the city, building drainage, building restrooms, laying roads with black metal, and indulging in fraudulent activities of these accounts. Saturn is in charge of all these. 

Next, let us see the 10^th house Saturn’s aspects.

Saturn with its 3^rd, 7^th, and 10^th aspects, sees the 12^th, 4^th, and
7^th houses.

The general rule is when the Lagna lord is powerful in Kendra’s house, its aspect’s house will be benefitted.

But here Lagna lord is Saturn and hence its aspect is slightly malicious.

Sagittarius, the 12^th house is squandered and Saturn’s aspect to this house is good. Accordingly, the 12^th house’s bad effects will not be there.

If the 10^th house Saturn gets a benefic connection, that gives the leadership post. Further, the native will be benefitted from tour or travel-related work.

Saturn’s aspect to the 4^th house will either spoil or reduce the 4^th house Karakathvas like the mother’s affection, house, vehicle, education, and self-comforts.

During Saturn Dasa, there will be troubles and disturbances in all these Karakathvas.

Exalted Saturn’s aspect to the cancer sign (Lagna’s 7^th house) gives delayed marriage, inconsistent life partner, love or inter-caste marriage, handicapped spouse, disinterest in marital life, bitterness in marital life, etc.,

Kumbha:

Saturn is the Kumbha Lagna lord and the 12^th lord.

He is the lord of the squander house.

In Kumbha, Saturn gets Mool Trikona status. Saturn in Lagna gives Sasa Yoga effects.

Lagna lord Saturn should not be powerful here.

As we discussed for Makara Lagna, here also Lagna’s powerful Saturn will make the native an adamant and selfish person.

He will be jealous. Saturn without Sukshuma strength makes the native a short-height person, lethargic, a procrastinator, and a very passive and slow-acting person.  

Strong Saturn in Kumbha Lagna will make the native a short-minded person. He will be a secretive person and will not reveal his opinion openly.

Native will have a hard mentality, inferiority complex, and tricky nature.

The strong Saturn will make the person highly sceptical.

Only when Saturn gets benefic planet connection or in Sukshuma strength, the above qualities will change.

From here, Saturn sees the 3^rd, 7^th, and 10^th houses.

For Kumbha Lagna, Saturn is also the 12^th lord. Hence it cannot be said that Saturn’s aspect will do all good things. Saturn’s aspect to 3^rd house will make the native bereft of his younger sibling’s support. During Saturn Dasa, the native might lose the younger sibling. 

Saturn’s aspect to Leo the 7^th house will give some hindrance in marital life. It is hard to get a better half. Difficult to get an understanding life partner.

Delayed marriage or love, inter-caste marriage chances are more.

A happy love relationship will become a bitter one after marriage due to Saturn’s aspect falling in the 7^th house.

Husband or wife will become a patient or physical handicap due to Saturn’s aspect.

In general, Kumbha Lagna people rarely get good understanding  lifepartners.

Jyothish Sastras say, that any house to its 7^th house will have its opposite nature.

Kumbha Saturn and Leo Sun are deadly enemies. Hence it is hard to get a consensual life partner for Kumbha Lagna people.

Saturn’s 10^th aspect to Scorpio the Jeevana sthana will give unsteady job or profession.

Saturn is also the Kumbha Lagna’s 12^th lord the squander house lord, hence its aspect will weaken the 10^th house.

With this let me complete the Pancha Maha Purusha Yoga.

For almost 8 months I have been writing this research article, and I hope this will surely get recognised in Jyothish Sastra.

Here I have explained about Darma Karma Athipathi yoga and the Pancha Maha Purusha Yoga given by 5 element planets Jupiter, Venus, Mercury, Mars, and Saturn.

Many wrongly understand the word Yoga in astrology as Luck or good benefits.

Yoga means a conjunction or a position of the planets.

Further, we have understood the Ruchaka Yoga of Mars and Sasa Yoga of Saturn which are not good and do not give luck and fortunes.

Even the planets’ misfortunes are called Sarva nasa yoga and the word Yoga is used commonly for all.

Past 8 months I have been writing this article, after reading the article every week, when people come to me, they keep asking ‘I have this great yoga in my horoscope but I did not enjoy the benefits, and why this?’ So let me explain one Raja Yoga chart before completing this article.

So far, I have explained the Yogas which take a person to a higher level.

They are only first-line Yogas and not Raja Yogas.

That is if a complete Raja Yoga is in a chart, these Pancha Maha Purusha Yoga and Darma Karma Athipathi Yoga will stand beside and support the main Raja Yoga and these will never become a Raja Yoga directly.

If Mars is powerful the native becomes head of securities. If Saturn is powerful the native is head of downtrodden workers.

That is the native is a Maha Purush and not a King.

Our Rishis and sages never utter a word extra for the sake of beauty or decorating the Sastra rule. But we have only understood them wrongly.

As our experience increases, we understand the Sukshuma.

Our Rishis and sages have named the ‘debilitation cancellation’ as Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga.

But they never said Pancha Maha Purusha Raja Yoga or Darma Karma Athipathi Raja Yoga.

They did not call them Raja Yoga. If we understand this Sukshuma we can realize them deeply. 

Let us see a horoscope where a clear Raja Yoga is formed and how Pancha Maha Purusha Yoga and Darma Karma Athipathi Yoga help the native to reach the topmost position.

If that example chart person is well known to all of us and even now lives with us that is further good to understand.
